Granule Smart lives up to its name: a smart solution that occupies less than 1 sqm floor space and needs only 2100 mm ceiling height. The rotating basket is optimized for the GN range and enables a high hourly capacity. The lower hatch folds out and doubles as a loading table for the basket. For added flexibility and speed, choose a system with multiple baskets and trolleys, or add extra accessories.

Granule Smart suits operations ranging from 400 to 1,500 meals per day. Being a high-performer for its size also makes it especially suitable for kitchens with space challenges.

Available in two editions - a slim and compact stand-alone version, or a more flexible and fluent system with multiple baskets and trolleys. Each edition comes with a carefully selected accessories package and can be further customized to your needs by adding one or more smart accessories.

Granule Smart Standard Edition

A stand-alone solution that operates with a standard wash basket and lower door hatch that folds out into a built-in loading table. The low height of the pot washer allows it to be located even in small and cramped spaces and it occupies less than 1 sqm floor space. The standard wash basket loads most of the GN range - add a few accessories to load a range of other kitchen utensils.

Granule Smart Free Flow Edition

This edition maximizes flexibility, flow, and capacity by operating with two trolleys and an extra wash basket. This setup allows for multitasking and emptying/filling one basket while the other is being washed. The trolley offers loading options at two levels and can be used to either transport wash ware or the whole basket. Lockable swivel wheels enable you to safely park the trolley when needed. Increases speed, flow, and flexibility of the whole pot wash area.

Ergonomic design

The ergonomic design of the wash basket and smooth transition from the machine to the loading table / fold-out hatch allows for hassle-free handling and less heavy lifting, which puts the user at less risk of developing work-related injuries. To ease daily cleaning, the fold-out hatch is foldable to ease access to all the interior parts during daily cleaning.
